Successful recruitment of construction workers from Moldova

In the framework of the bilateral agreements, a successful round of exams for construction workers from Moldova was conducted in September (the exams are held every two months). A total of 929 workers applied to take the various professional exams and those who pass both the medical and professional exams are expected to arrive in Israel in November. Representatives from CIMI, PIBA, the Ministry of Construction and Housing, and the Israel Builders Association were present when the exams were conducted. Together with our partners in Moldova and Israel, CIMI works to advertise the professional and organized recruitment process in the social media, and of course looks after workers once they arrive in Israel by means of the orientation program and Call Center.
