Strategic planning throughout the emergency

Throughout those challenging weeks and despite last-minute cancelations due to missile attacks, we continued our strategic planning process, which began last November. Since then, the strategic planning team has been involved an in-depth examination of the current situation and significant trends in the migration world with the goal of drawing up an action plan and strategy for the future. During the war, we held three Zoom meetings to summarize what was happening in various areas of activity. The meetings were interrupted by sirens in parts of the country, sending some of the presenters and participants into safe spaces, exemplifying CIMI’s commitment to continue working even under the most uncertain conditions. The process is being conducted by the Board and professional staff and facilitated by Dr. Dana Sapir.
